I am currently a graduate student
of Computer Science at
UCLA.
My education is being funded by the Department of Defense via the National Defense
Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship. My research involves channel and
transmission protocols for wireless networks, specifically targeting the Bluetooth
and IEEE 802.11 technologies. I will be completing the Master's program this
spring.
Prior to my graduate work at UCLA, I spent six months with Walt Disney Engineering,
where I designed seatbelt restraint systems for various attractions at Disney's
newest amusement park, California Adventure.
I spent four years at
UC
Berkeley, where I received Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering
and Material Science, with Highest Honors. My undergraduate work was funded
by the Drake Scholarship, a four-year scholarship given by the Department of
Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley.
This summer I will be working for Rocketdyne, a division of Boeing. My work will include the application of software quality standards and paradigms to company-wide software systems.
This fall I will begin a two-year MBA (Masters of Business Administration) program at the
Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Jack Bell 
My father owns and operates Tires Etc. in Van Nuys, California.
My old man enjoys
golfing, riding a tandem bicycle with his wife Linda, and eating
Mexican food.

Marsha Bell
My mother is a special education specialist at Miller High School in Northridge,
California and a pool clerk at nearby Cleveland Aquatic Center. She Enjoys
God, making crafts, and Jesus. When she's not enjoying the fruits of the
Lord, she's slowly transforming into her mother.

John Bell
My oldest brother is a debt collector in Grants Pass, Oregon and
a custom-made soap businessman. He enjoys spending time with his
wife, Naomi, and his two young children, Savannah and Ethan.

Charles Bell
Charles is a classroom aid at some school in the Valley. He also works
as a pool manager in the summer. On top of all that, he is a student at
various campuses in and around Los Angeles. He enjoys young girls and
coloring his hair.

Joey Bell
My youngest brother is a senior at Leichman Special Education High
School. He enjoys barking out orders, all types and languages of
music, and eating eggs.
